🦃 Second Annual Turkey Trot Fun Run
We’re excited to host our Second Annual Turkey Trot Fun Run on Friday, November 20th, starting at 8:30 a.m. This event is all about movement, community, and a little friendly competition before the Thanksgiving break! We will also have our Friendsgiving Picnic following the fun run at 11:00 like last year on the football practice field!

Cross country competed in the district meet yesterday. All of these kids put in countless hours of hard work. Great Job to all of our Era Hornet runners on a great season! We will miss our two seniors: Erika and Emory!
Our high school girls' team placed fourth, led by Samantha Stevens. Kallie Kennemer, Emory Hearell, Erika Hitt, and Esmerelda LaFuente also competed.
Walker Boyet led our boys' team with a 12th-place finish. Kaydon Bucholtz, Ulysses LaFuente, Cooper Browning, Connor Williams, Leland Williams, Graydon Rainey, and Jude Clarke also raced for the boys.
A HUGE congratulations to Samantha Stevens for placing 7th and advancing to Regionals!
Our Junior High girls were led by Emily Clinton, who placed 9th.
Our other competitors were Allie Huddleston, Kynlee Treadaway, Trudy Roller, Ruby LaFuente, Hadley Martindale, McGara Patterson, Fiona McFarland, and Morgan Davis.
Granger Hearell led our Junior High boys' team with a 3rd place finish. Ryder Robertson and Carson Nuno also competed.

🐾🐝 Another great WATCH D.O.G.S. day at Era Elementary! 🐝🐾
Our latest WATCH D.O.G. got the full elementary experience. He was helping at recess, joining in during PE, lending a hand with lunch duty, and helping out in classrooms throughout the day!
We love having dads and other positive male role models on campus. Their presence means so much to our students, and it's always pretty special to see how proud their own student is to have them here for the day. 💛

The Lady Hornets Varsity Volleyball team are on the board after beating Saint Jo Friday night! These girls came together, trusted each other, and played as ONE TEAM to earn their first regular season win! From communicating on the court to fighting for every point and celebrating each other’s successes, they showed what it means to play for something bigger than themselves. So proud of the way these girls are growing, competing, and believing in each other. This is just the beginning! 🏐🐝
