New to District Student Enrollment

Enrollment for New Era students 

Welcome to Era! Complete the steps below if you reside within the boundaries of the district and are a new student to the district.

If you have any questions, please call the registrar. Contact information is listed to the right. There are two parts to the enrollment process for a new student. 

  1. Create a Parent Portal account. (Linked on the homepage of our website.)
  2. Once logged in to the Parent Portal, click on "My Account." This can be accessed by clicking on the down arrow in the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Click "Enroll a New Student."
  4. Complete the first part of registration and upload all documents.


Once registration is complete and the registrar has completed the integration process, you will be emailed your Parent Portal ID for your new student. Use this ID to link your student in the Parent Portal. You will only have this option once the registrar has completed the integration process. 

  1. Log in to Parent Portal.
  2. Click on "My Account." 
  3. Click "Link an Enrolled Student."
  4. Enter the ID. 
  5. Click on "Summary" on the left side of the screen.
  6. Then click on "Resume Registration" to complete the remaining pages of student registration in the Parent Portal. You will be required to complete all pages.
  7. Click to "Finish and Submit."


Parent Portal 

  • Information you will need to have nearby before beginning
    • Student’s social security card number
    • The license plate number for each contact or guardian who has the right to transport your student
  • Documents to upload
    • Up-to-date immunization record
    • Original birth record
    • Social Security Card - An alternate number can be issued if you prefer. Communicate your preference to Mrs. Myers at
    • Proof of Residency
    • Enrolling person's driver's license or other form of government-issued ID.

Helpful Hints:  When asked for the parent or guardian name, please type the first and last name.  If you come upon a question and do not know the required answer, DO NOT put question marks across the field.  Instead, exit out of the registration packet, and start over when you have the necessary information. You will need to know the permit or license number of each student driver and their license plate information. This information is required for the student to be able to park on campus.
