Organization Tips

Ways to Help Stay Organized:

I have seen two successful ways for middle school students to stay organized. These are ONLY suggestions, NOT a requirement.

Option 1:

A binder that zips and encloses everything. 

Inside the zipped binder you will have:

  • pencil bag (keep your earbuds in here too)
  • dividers (with pockets) and labeled for each subject
  • notebook paper
  • some students even zip their Chromebook inside the binder

Option 2:

Some students like to keep things separated from class to class by having individual binders.

Smaller(1" - 1.5") binders would be best to have labeled and organized for each subject. Things they would keep in a binder for math would be a note packet, homework (to do/completed), graded papers.

Things to go to every class would be a pencil bag and Chromebook.
