Welcome to Junior High English Language Arts and Reading!

My name is Dana Klement, but ninety-nine percent of the time I go by Mrs. K (or Mom, but that's not during school hours)! I was born and raised in Dallas, and am a proud member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of '01. I taught in the metroplex for four years before moving to Muenster to be the youth minister at Sacred Heart Church in 2005. It was there I met my (now) husband, Cody Klement, and the rest is history. We have 2 beautiful and dramatic girls, Lucy Jane (age 9) and Holly Elise (age 7), and a fiesty yellow lab named Gus. 

This year I will begin my sixteenth year of teaching, thirteen of which were previously spent specializing in Language Arts. I am very excited and honored to be an Era Hornet, and am looking forward to a fabulous year!
