Era ISD - Request for use of School Facilities
PLEASE NOTE: This form is for Era ISD Staff and Community Members requesting to use district facilities. For all users outside Era ISD requesting to rent or schedule to use Era ISD facilities, please select the appropriate link at the left.
Please complete the form to the right to submit a request to utilize facilities at Era ISD. You will be contacted when your request is approved, and your reservation will be listed on the Master Calendar (see link at left). Please review the 'Facilities Use Regulations' at the link below. In order to be issued keys for access to the Old Gym or Hornet Park, you will need to print and sign the appropriate 'Guidelines' document below, and return it to the Superintendent at the Administration Office.
**New rules for softball & baseball fields. Metal cleats are no longer allowed to be worn on the fields at anytime. Rubber or plastic molded cleats or flats must be worn when using the fields.**
**School(s) will be billed an additional $500.00 if these are not followed.**
