Immunization Information for 2023-2024 School Year |
To view requirements please visit 2023-2024 Immunization Requirements for Schools Kindergarten students entering the 2023-2024 school year must have the following immunizations before the first day of school: 2 Hepatitis A vaccines 3 Hepatitis B vaccines 2 MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccines 2 Varicella vaccines OR documentation of month and year of illness of Chickenpox Dtap (Diphtheria, Tetanus & Whooping Cough)series with one being given after 4th birthday Polio series with one dose after 4th birthday. 7th graders entering the 2023-2024 school year must have a Tdap booster and a Meningococcal immunization before the first day of school. Colleges are now requiring that all students attending college have the Meningococcal vaccine. Most require proof of the vaccine on application to the college. Please be aware that students without the required immunizations or a valid exemption will not be allowed to attend school until documentation is received.
