Recognizing and appreciating the people, opportunities, and experiences around us.

December – Caring 
Showing kindness, empathy, and compassion toward others during the holiday season and beyond.

January – Responsibility 
Beginning the new year with a focus on accountability for actions, choices, and commitments.

February – Trustworthiness 
Building strong relationships through honesty and reliability.

March – Fairness 
Practicing justice, equity, and consideration for others in decision-making.

April – Integrity 
Acting with honesty and strong moral principles, even when no one is watching.
